Digital Products — Important Notice

All products sold in this store are digital PDF guides delivered electronically and made available for immediate download upon purchase.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has already been delivered and downloaded, provided the customer gave explicit consent before purchase and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost upon delivery.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has been made available.

Our Goodwill Policy

Although we are not legally required to offer refunds on downloaded digital products, we want every customer to be satisfied. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing or downloading your guide, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, accidental purchase claims made after download, or dissatisfaction with content that accurately matches the product description.
